We are a creative studio based in East London, Hackney Wick with a second studio in Los Angeles. We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year. Our team of developers, designers and producers work across three main products:

  1. Official Movie Platforms: we build official movie websites for all the major movie studios and over 150 independent distributors globally.
  2. Creative Builds: we work across a range of creative projects, specialising in interactive video, social visual assets, AR and VR experiences for music, movies and TV.
  3. Immersive experiences (Powster Labs): high-end and innovative movie-marketing tools enabling movie-discovery.

The Role

This is an important position to support our sales team of six individuals across London and LA. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the team by maintaining a framework of clear communications and processes. You will have full sight over the entire sales cycle and operations. You will be the point-person for a wide-range of sales activities for the CEO & CCO, as well as accounting teams based in London and Auckland. This is a new role to support our growing sales team and requires a strong character to help steer our sales strategy. In short, we expect any mention of sales pipelines and revenue forecasting to be music to your ears.

The role is a full-time position based in our London studio. Ideally you will have two years experience working with an established international sales team.    

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Resident expert and ‘go-to’ person across key sales and revenue tools
  • Maintain, uphold and develop operational processes and best practices 
  • Full ownership of invoicing software
  • Point-person for the accounting team 
  • Strong understanding of license agreements
  • Provide top-level business intelligence reports to better inform sales strategy
  • Direct and coordinate communications and processes to benefit sales team
  • Identify efficiencies and better practices to optimise sales cycle & operations
  • Maintain a full library of latest sales and marketing materials
  • Provide administrative support for sales team

 

Essential Skills

  • A good analytical/numerical degree (2:1 or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a biz ops role, sales role or similar
  • Operationally-minded with an unflinching desire for best practices & processes
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google docs, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to deliver quality data reports with strong narrative and objectives
  • Ability to manage myriad tasks while delivering high quality work
  • A methodical and logical thinker. Creative reasoning too.
  • Extremely inquisitive and proactive
  • Demonstrable ability to solve problems
  • A genuine interest in movies, music & TV
