We are a creative agency based out of the London Fields area in Hackney, with a sister office in Los Angeles. Our team works towards three main streams of output:
1. Our Showtimes Platform: which powers most of the major movie websites across the world boasting all the major movie studios as our clients.
2. Our Creative Builds: which can range from projects making interactive music videos to projecting tweets on the houses of parliament.
3. Our Products Builds (Powster Labs): which includes a variety of in-house and client-facing custom builds for movie-discovery and marketing tools.

This role involves playing with awesome code and making stuff that might not even exist as a concept yet. The successful candidate would be creating amazing web experiences using technologies like Three.js, React VR, Aframe, webGL, 360 videos, our custom interactive frameworks for mobile, desktop and VR sites and others, to create products and features to pitch to our clients, the major movie studios around the world, and to be integrated into our existing Showtimes products.
In the past, these projects have included interactive music videos and more advanced interactive websites (WebVR, WebGL, advanced scrolling/parallax sites, etc). We've got some really exciting upcoming projects for major movie releases and are looking to build out some of the most impressive creative experiences for the web using these technologies. This will be your main focus at Powster and you will be taking the lead on these projects.
You should also be able to follow direction and project management, and prioritise tasks to work on the most important aspects before just the fun stuff. You should also be in the habit of writing well-documented, clean code, to be able to pass successful projects on to other developers to iterate upon and flesh out.
Finally, you should have an extensive portfolio of creative projects you've worked on in the past (professionally is a huge bonus), and have at least 2 years experience coding professionally.
